The show is just as much about the spectators as the cars. Sunday features a Pin Up Contest. Santa will be at the show both days for the kids to get photos for the holidays.

M.O.S.S (Missouri Ozarks Scale Specialists) will again offer scale modelers a chance to compete for trophies and awards in the 6th Annual Model Car Contest on Saturday November 22nd.

Several local and regional Automotive Artists offering everything from airbrushed and pinstriped panels, t-shirts and sculptures as well as original works will have booths at the show displaying their wears, and to discuss how they might be able to personalize your own ride.

Saturday evening the Southwest Missouri Drag Racers Hall of Fame and Annual Reunion takes place in West Hall. Each year they induct Pioneers, Legends and Rising Stars into our Southwest Missouri Drag Racers Hall of Fame, racers who have raced on the tracks here in the Ozarks. Race cars from those being inducted are on display both days in West Hall as well as tables full of memorabilia from the local Drag Racers, and tracks.

The show will also offer a great variety of vendors with the latest gear for your ride, your garage and you.

Admission is $15 for adults at the door, children 12 and under are FREE and Parking is FREE thanks to Pennington Upholstery and Auto Customs.

• Hot Rod Holiday show opens to the public Saturday, November 22, 2025 – 10am till 8pm.
• The Model Car Contest starts at 10am. Models will be judged at 2pm and awards for contest at 4:00pm. Models will be on display both days.
• Take a photo with Santa starting at Noon till 4pm.
• 12th Annual Southwest Missouri Drag Racers Hall of Fame and Reunion Ceremony at 6pm on the Creative Audio Stage.

SUNDAY

• Hot Rod Holiday show opens to the public Sunday, November 23, 2025 – 11am till 5pm.
• The Miss Hot Rod Holiday 2025 Pin Up Contest on the Creative Audio Stage at 2pm.
• Take a photo with Santa starting at Noon till 4pm.
• Sponsor Awards Presentation at 4:30pm on Creative Audio Stage

Vehicle Registration is CLOSED – Vehicle Registration starts August 8, 2025

Cost is $35 per vehicle. Cars and Trucks receive a 10x20 foot spot, motorcycles receive a 10x10 spot. Each registered vehicle will receive 2 weekend passes to the show and one Show T-shirt.

Each year the show features an Automotive Artists Showcase with several of the region’s best pinstripers, graphic artist, airbrush and sculptures displaying their art and offering it to you for purchase.

• Nathan Curry is part of the Curry’s Inc, a custom shop dedicated to high end customs and bikes specializing in Baggers. The Curry family has been into building hot rods, customs and bikes for over 40 years and their work speaks for itself. Nathan is a mutli-award winner of the House of Kolor Prestigious Painter Award and continues to be an invited guest to SEMA each year to paint in both the House of Kolor and the Iawata booths. His work has been featured in magazines, regional and national and his work has won awards at bike shows from coast to coast. • Spencer Turner calls Springfield his home and is a relatively newcomer to the scene who started slinging a brush in 2011. In that short amount of time, he has blazed onto the scene with some of the most solid lines, flowing designs and outright jaw dropping color combos! He paints cars, motorcycles, window signs, anything that will sit still long enough to let the One-shot loaded brush do its work. One of the other things Spencer offers to his customers is custom Leatherworker. This is an art by itself but for those looking to take their motorcycle over the top, he can offer lines on the tins and custom work to match on the seat. • Kansas City, MO based pinstriper, Paul Comeau has been honing his craft in the industry for over 30 years. Originally from Washington state, where he still frequents to take care of long-term clients, he now calls Missouri home. What started out as a fun hobby after work, practicing on anything that would sit still long enough to throw a strip on, turned into the family business after finally taking the leap to pursue it as a career full time. The Hot Rod Holiday Model Car Show & Contest is open to all who wish to enter and share their work. To participate, it’s as simple as bringing out your model to the event on Saturday, November 22nd.

Once you pay your entry fee into the show, it is $5 to enter as many models as you would like. Entry forms will be available at the show.

The model CONTEST part is Saturday ONLY. Entry starts at 10am till 1:30pm. Judging starts at 3pm and awards at 5:30pm same day for the Model Car Contest.

The model car SHOW is both days as we will have models on display Sunday for folks to view as well. If you are entering the model contest and choose to leave your models to SHOW to those attending the Hot Rod Holiday show, we will provide you with a ticket to come back on Sunday at no costs to get your models.

So…..grab your models and bring them out to the show on Saturday to the meeting room in the West Hall.
