Area will seat over 6,300 patrons with the upper level seating 2,800+.
The arena will be able to be set up with a concrete floor or dirt floor to accommodate all types of events. This will be a 100,000 square feet facility.
Designed for trade show events, concerts, sporting events, cheer competition, motor sports, horse shows, livestock shows, picnics and so much more.
Restaurant: Triple S Properties Bar and Grill will seat 130 at restaurant tables and has a full kitchen. Will be available for private events.
•There is also 3 remote concession stands.
Little Ranch and Cattle Club is a VIP Area upstairs in a private setting with a glass front that allows you to see into the Arena. This area also includes additional VIP seating outside of the private area overlooking the Arena bowl. This area is designed for up to 300 people. Will be available for meeting, parties and a VIP area during events.
Ag Learning Center will be in the lower level and will be 10,000 square feet.
There will be 10,000 square feet of trade show space in the lower level.
