ABOUT OZARKS BBQ FEST
The Ozark Empire Fair Foundation proudly announces the inaugural Ozarks BBQ Fest June 19 & 20 at the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds.
Ozarks BBQ Fest, an event benefitting the Ozark Empire Fair Foundation, has had to make considerable changes due to the Covid19 outbreak and to follow the guidelines set forth by the City of Springfield Greene County Health Department.
The event will be a ticketed event with only 500 people attending per day.
Friday evening will kick off the festival with great local live music from The Honkytonk Renovators and Jake Stringer and Better Than Nothin’ and is for those 21 years of age and older. Tickets for Friday night are $25 per person (must be 21 years or older).
Saturday is open to all ages and will start off with a KCBS Sanctioned BBQ Competition, live local music from Justin Larkin and Seguel Dose starting at noon till 4pm and the KCBS Awards at 4:30pm. Tickets for Saturday are $25 per person (all ages welcome, all ages pay the same entry fee).
Your ticket to the event gets you a pulled pork sandwich meal and two drink tickets, great live local music and the chance to visit with Competition BBQ Teams.
Additional BBQ and beverages will be available for sale to those attending.

This is a Rain or Shine event. You are welcome to bring your own chairs to sit in, NO outside food, drinks or coolers allowed. No pets, service animals only.
